CANCELLATION POLICY

As a courtesy to our clients and estheticians, we ask that you please notify Sugar Suite at least 8 hours before your appointment time if you need to make changes. Any cancellations made after that will be charged 50% of the service price. We will not reach out to the client and will charge the fee once the client becomes more than 10-15 minutes late, depending on the service. Please text or call when you are running late. If you are more than 10 minutes late (5 minutes for a 15 minute appt,) your appointment is subject to modification or cancellation at the esthetician’s discretion, and a late charge of 50% of the service price will be charged if the appointment needs to be canceled. This is to ensure quality services for all of our clients. **No Shows with no notice will result in a flagged account and you will not be able to make a new appointment until the No Show fee has been paid. **No refunds for completed services will be given.
